you’re golden. every class is designed for real humans, not perfect yogis. your teacher will offer lots of options so you can move, pause, modify, or rest whenever you need. no pressure, no performance — just you showing up.
-
yes it is 100% recommend that you pre-register for all classes. some classes do fill, especially evenings + weekends. signing up also helps our teachers prep intentionally for whoever’s walking in.
on the very rare occasion that no one is registered for class we will cancel an hour before. another reason why pre-registration is very important.

⏰ please try to arrive early - not “race-through-a-yellow-light” early but early enough to settle in before class starts. if you arrive after class has started (and the studio door is unlocked), please join quietly.
🗣️ please talk to each other. seriously. say hi. ask someone how their day was. our community magic lives in these tiny moments.
⌚️ need your smartwatch on or your phone nearby for emergencies? totally fine. just silence everything and avoid using it during class so we can all stay in the flow together.
🅿️ parking reminder! please avoid any spots marked 101, 103, 104 & 203 during their business hours. help me protect the peace with the neighbors. 🫶
cancellation + no-show policy
📆 pre-registration is required for every class (at least 60 minutes prior is prefered). this helps everyone - you, teachers, and the people hoping to snag a spot. if you’ve booked and can’t make it, please cancel so someone else can register and get their yoga on.
💲 please cancel at least 2 hours before class — or by 9pm the night before for any class starting before 9am. cancellations must be done through mindbody. missing these windows = a $10 late cancel/no-show fee. this applies to everyone, even monthly members. class pack holders will be charged the $10 and get their class credit returned.
● the intention behind this policy is simple: create a fair chance for everyone to practice. life happens - i get it. if you’re sick or have a legit situation come up, please send an email and we can chat about waiving the fee.
-
nope. we have memberships, drop-ins, and class passes. start where you are. (psst…the intro offer is the best place to begin.)
-
a mat, water, and an open mind. we have a few loaners if you forget yours. wear anything you can move and breathe in - not fancy, just comfy.
-
about 15 minutes before class starts. the studio opens roughly 15 minutes before and closes shortly after class wraps. arriving early lets you settle in and connect with the community.
-
the first person to ask is your doctor - once released by them then…
yes. let your teacher know what’s going on in your body and they’ll offer variations so you can practice safely & confidently.
-
you won’t feel alone for long. community is our heartbeat - people say they feel welcomed the minute they walk through the door.
