this non-heated class brings the heat from the inside out. through strong sequences, steady pacing, and mindful movement, you’ll build warmth in your body and leave feeling powerful, energized, and yes…definitely a little sweaty. expect strength-building postures, flowing transitions, and plenty of options to make the practice your own. no room heat needed - you’ll create all of it yourself.
hot power pilates
this full-body workout blends pilates principles - core activation, mindful movement, and bodyweight strength - into a high-intensity, low-impact flow that’s designed to build strength without the strain of impact. taught in a heated room to help your muscles warm up and your body release, this class will get your heart pumping and your sweat flowing…a lot.
evolution slow flow
a non-heated, complete mind–body experience. this class weaves together meditation, breathwork, and both seated and standing postures with longer holds and gentle transitions. it’s an excellent choice for anyone with physical limitations, those returning to their mat, or anyone craving a slower, more intentional pace. and remember - slow does not mean easy. beginners and experienced practitioners alike will find depth, support, and just the right amount of challenge in this practice.
evolution restore
this non-heated class guides you into postures designed to support deep rest in the body. with the help of props, restorative shapes melt away tension and invite you to fully relax, release, and settle into stillness. restorative yoga is perfect for all levels, all bodies, and every stage of flexibility - truly anyone can benefit from this gentle, nurturing practice.

aerial yoga is a way to move through an asana practice with the assistance and playfulness of the silk hammock. the hammock provides additional support, allowing practitioners to access a deeper range of motion. this class will include stretching, strengthening, balancing, and inversions. learn new ways to move your body that you can bring back to your mat. while the class is structured for beginner aerial yogis, it is open to absolutely anyone who wants to fly. take your yoga practice to new heights!
