A non-heated class that is a complete mind-body experience. Including a combination of meditation and pranayama, along with seated and standing postures with longer holds and transitions between poses, this class is perfect for people with physical restrictions or for those looking to include a slower-paced practice in their regular routine. Keep in mind that slow does not equal easy. Beginners and more experienced practitioners will be sure to find the appropriate level of challenge in this practice.

In this non-heated class the instructor will guide students into postures designed to enable deep rest within the body. With the use of a variety of props restorative postures release tension and encourage surrender into a deeper sense of relaxation and stillness. Restorative yoga classes are perfect for all levels of experience, and stages of flexibility.

TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system.

Aerial yoga is a way to move through an asana practice with the assistance and playfulness of the silk hammock. The hammock provides additional support, allowing practitioners to access a deeper range of motion. This class will include stretching, strengthening, balancing, and inversions. Learn new ways to move your body that you can bring back to your mat. While the class is structured for beginner aerial yogis, it is open to absolutely anyone who wants to fly. Take your yoga practice to new heights!

Whether you are new to yoga or a more experienced practitioner looking to reconnect to the basics, this 4-week series* is perfect for you. Classes will help develop your understanding of Sun A and B, the importance of linking your breath to movement, and emphasize physical alignment, strength and flexibility.
